All of our action-based training delivers real-world scenarios whereby students work together on simulated project teams and are often required to produce team-based deliverables in as little as two to three days.

Our Credentials

Our trainers have many years of project management and leadership experience, and have lead successful projects with government and multi-national corporations.

All are Project Management Professional Certified (PMP), by the Project Management Institute (PMI), with additional certification and experience in group facilitation skills, action-based training, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and various personality profiling techniques and instruments including Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and DISC assessment, and the C-VAT psychometric tool.
