Alan Puan has over 28 years of industry experience with specialization in IT systems and project management. He gained experience serving as an R&D Applications Engineer with Bell Labs (AT&T), as Programme Manager with the Defense Technology Group (Ministry of Defense, Singapore), as Senior Consultant at the Singapore Productivity & Standards Board and also AVP (Systems Development) for Singapore SBS Transit Ltd. Alan holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), and is also an NLP Practitioner (ABNLP) and qualified Action-based Trainer (AIU).

Peter has over 25 years experience working on engineering projects in the mobile radio & telecommunications infrastructure industry, with 10 years involvement as senior Project Manager with various multinational companies. He has contributed to the successful completion of many complex projects for telecoms service providers and government and private companies including emergency services, petrochemical, process control, mining, utilities, rail and road transportation and many others in Europe, Asia and Africa.
Peter holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI®). He has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, a Diploma in Action Based Training from Atlantic International University and is a certified Neuro Linguistics Programming practitioner and coach with the American Board of NLP.

Arena has over 20 years of experience in IT systems and project management (including managing regional projects). She gained experience serving as a Senior IT Executive and Regional Technology Systems Manager with Stanley Works Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (a U.S. based MNC), as Head of Department (EDP) at Rubycon Singapore Pte. Ltd., as Systems Analyst with Jardine Matheson Singapore Pte. Ltd. and also as Section Manager with ULC Systems (FE) Pte. Ltd.
Arena has also worked as a Consultant specializing in IT professional recruitment and staff administration in local SME. Arena holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), NLP Practitioner (ABNLP), qualified Action-based Trainer (AIU) and Certified DISC Behaviour and Career Consultant (IML).

Benny has more than 14 years of working experience in the wireless communication industry. He has worked as the Head of Training Department in the Republic of Singapore Air Force Air Logistics Squadron (RSAF), a Team Leader in Nokia and a Project Manager in Singapore Technologies Electronics (STEE).
He also headed a new wireless communication division in a local company, responsible for forging strategic partnership with overseas vendors and penetrating into overseas markets. He has more than 10 years of experience in project management, sales & marketing, training, mentoring and coaching. He has also trained participants on communications skills, motivation skills, presentations skills, project management, radio network planning and system commissioning. Benny is a PMI-certified PMP®, and qualified Action-based Trainer (AIU).

Chan Joo Chong has over 16 years of experience with specialization in IT systems and project management. He attained experience serving as an Information System Engineer with MINDEF (Ministry of Defence, Singapore), as Senior Consultant at NETS (Singapore), as Project/Product Manager with Gemalto (world number one smart card solution provider), as Regional Technical Manager with ORGA Card system, and also as Technical Project Director with Welcome Real-time.

Terence Kwok, PMP®, BComp (Sys Dev’t)
Terence has more than 15 years in ICT project management experience specializing in banking and telecommunications industries. He gained these valuable working experiences in regional project management with the National Computer Board, ABN Amro Bank, Getronics and Nokia.
Working as an Area Project Manager with Nokia, he was responsible for the implementation of 2G & 3G core networks for regional telecom operators. Currently, as the Project Management Office for Nokia’s IT organization, he focuses on the quality of ICT projects in Asia Pacific and training of project managers. He also sits on the project management taskforce for competency & methodology development.
Terence has held the Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI®) since 2002 and a qualified Action-based Trainer (AIU). He also writes articles related to project management for corporate newsletters.
